Intro

Capable leaders don't always add up to a high-performing team. This self-assessment helps organisations spot the gaps — unclear decision-making, silo working, weak accountability — before they turn into bigger problems. Score your team across five key areas and see where you stand.

About this Resource

More information

This self-assessment guides leadership teams through five core areas of organisational health: Strategic Leadership & Direction, Leadership Team Effectiveness, Organisational Agility & Change Readiness, Performance/Accountability & Capability, and Culture/Communication & Confidence. For each area, leaders score their organisation on a 1–5 scale against clear behavioural statements, then compare results against a scoring guide that flags whether foundations are strong, gaps exist, or urgent intervention is needed. Best used with multiple team members completing it independently — differences in scoring often reveal as much as the scores themselves.
