Suntory Global Spirits partnered with Leading Kind to strengthen inclusive behaviours, leadership confidence and employee experience across its Brand House Scotch & Irish team. After initial discussions, the programme evolved from inclusion training into a broader diagnostic-led approach using the Diversity Delivers framework to better understand staff experiences and equip leaders to address behaviours that undermine inclusion.
