Leading Kind were asked by a Scottish College to help them re-position their equality work. They had achieved a lot to date but wanted to make sure that they were focussing their resources effectively.
Our tried and tested approach to inclusion audits enabled the College to prioritise activity and raise awareness of the importance of advancing equality across all areas of their work.
Leading Kind worked with a newly established Local Authority Trading Company to set up a suite of core people policies and develop the terms and conditions and reward and recognition policy so that the Board could proceed with the recruitment of the senior team. Leading Kind has now been commissioned to develop and run the leadership development for the new senior team
Leading Kind were asked to work with a property services and construction firm to develop a People Strategy to support their ambitious new Business Plan.
We involved staff and developed a detailed People Strategy and action plan with a focus on growing green skills and diversifying the workforce. Leading Kind are now retained to support the organisation upskill their people managers.
